Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and selected service. We also collect your role, telephone number, fund stage, asset class and notes when you provide them. The enquiry system records the source page, submission time, and network and device information to handle enquiries, prevent abuse and understand site usage.
Use and introductions
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange the specialist introduction you request and operate the website. For a requested introduction, relevant contact details and requirements may be shared with the provider handling the request. The scope and terms of any professional engagement are agreed separately between you and that provider.
Website services and storage
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, abuse prevention and data storage, and a mail service to route enquiries. Calculator selections can be held temporarily in the current browser tab to carry an estimate into the enquiry form. You can remove that summary before submitting. Names and email addresses are not stored in that calculator handoff.
Retention and protection
Personal information should be retained only for the relevant business or legal purposes. Contact the address below with questions about its use, retention or deletion; requests are subject to applicable law and reasonable identity checks. Do not include account numbers, investor names or proprietary trading strategies in the general enquiry form.

For access, correction, withdrawal of consent or privacy questions, email contact@vccsingapore.com. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue handling the related enquiry or introduction.
