Work with us: Singapore VCC setup, tax awards and fund services for your clients

A third of the enquiries this site receives come from professional advisers with a client who needs a Singapore fund structure — a VCC, a 13O or 13U award, a family office, a fund administrator. This page is for you: what we can introduce, how the referral works, the tools and benchmarks you can put in front of a client today, and how to reach us with a live matter.

MCReviewed by Marcus Cheong, Editorial Lead · Updated September 2026
Current to 2 September 2026. VCC Singapore is an independent editorial publication that introduces qualified enquiries to MAS-licensed fund managers and an international fund-services group with a Singapore office. We do not provide legal, tax or licensed financial advice, and we do not replace the adviser’s role with the client.

How the referral works

  1. You send the brief. Use the form with “Professional adviser” selected: the client’s situation in a few lines — strategy or family, assets, investors, timing, what has already been decided. Anonymise if you prefer; the introduction can be made on a no-names basis first.
  2. We map it. Within one business day we reply with the likely structure, the tax track and floor that apply, the realistic cost band and the provider type that fits — drawing on the same benchmarks published on this site.
  3. We introduce, you stay in the room. The provider engages the client directly under its own terms; you keep the client relationship and the legal or tax work. We charge nothing to the adviser and place no obligation on the client.
  4. Nothing is published. Enquiries are used only to make the introduction. We do not name clients, advisers or matters on this site.

What you can put in front of a client today

Every page carries its sources and its currency date; every figure that depends on a circular names the track it applies to. Where we could not verify a number, we say so.

What we do not do

We do not draft documents, give legal or tax opinions, apply to MAS on a client’s behalf, hold client money or act as a fund manager or administrator. Those are the roles of the licensed providers we introduce and of you. We also do not name the providers on this site; the introduction is made by email once we understand the matter.

Have a live matter?

Send the brief with “Professional adviser” selected. We reply within one business day with the structure, the track and the provider type that fits, and make the introduction when you are ready.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge advisers or clients for the introduction?

No. There is no fee to the adviser and no obligation on the client. The provider we introduce engages the client directly under its own terms; you keep the client relationship and your own scope of work.

Can I refer a client without naming them?

Yes. Send the situation without identifying details — strategy or family, assets, investors, timing — and we will map the structure and provider type on a no-names basis. Names are needed only when the introduction is made.

Who are the providers you introduce?

MAS-licensed CMS fund managers — including managers who launch client funds under their own licence on a hosted platform and family-office specialists — and an international fund-services group with a Singapore office for administration, NAV, corporate secretarial and reporting. We do not name them on the site; the introduction is made by email once we understand the matter.

What should the brief contain?

The client type (fund manager, family, EAM, investor), the assets involved and where they sit, the number and type of investors, the strategy, whether a tax award is sought, who will manage the fund, and the timeline. The tools on this site capture most of this and write a summary into the form.

Will anything about my client appear on the site?

No. Enquiries are used only to make the introduction. We do not publish clients, advisers or matters, and client patterns described in our articles are anonymised.
